How does the prayer intentions card work?
One of my greatest hopes for Ave & Grace is to build a community rooted in prayer. Each month you'll have the opportunity to write down a prayer intention and mail it back using the enclosed card. I will personally lift up every intention in my daily prayers. As our community grows, I hope we can continue encouraging one another through the gift of prayer.
When do you ship each month's Pilgrim's Letter?
I will mail each month's Pilgrim's Letter around the 20th of the previous month, so it arrives before the new month begins and can accompany you throughout the entire month's theme.
For example, October's edition ships around September 20, November's around October 20, and so on.
When will I receive my envelope?
The Pilgrim's Letter is sent through USPS using traditional stamped mail as part of the experience of receiving a real letter in your mailbox. Most envelopes arrive within 1–2 weeks after they're mailed, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Can I track my shipment?
The Pilgrim's Letter is sent through USPS using stamped mail, so tracking isn't available. My hope is that receiving The Pilgrim's Letter in your mailbox feels like a small return to a slower, simpler way of connecting.
What should I do if my envelope is lost or arrives damaged?
If your Pilgrim's Letter hasn't arrived after three weeks, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out. I'll gladly work with you to find a solution and make things right.
How do I manage, pause, or cancel my subscription?
You can log into your customer account at any time to update your address, manage your subscription, or pause or cancel whenever you need. Simply cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month's mailing. If your payment has already been processed, you'll still receive that upcoming month's edition.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each month's edition is thoughtfully prepared specifically for my subscribers, I cannot offer refunds once your mail has been dropped off with USPS. If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your mailing, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'll do my best to make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, The Pilgrim's Letter is only available within the United States right now. Offering international shipping is something I hope to provide as Ave & Grace continues to grow.
